Meet Xabier Saavedra
Director, USA University Sports
Xabier Saavedra is a former NCAA Division I tennis player at Drexel University, where he finished his college career with the second-most singles wins in program history at the time of his graduation.
As Director of USA University Sports, Xabier and his group of advisers work directly with student-athletes and their families to identify the right U.S. universities, connect with college coaches, and navigate the recruiting, admissions, eligibility and scholarship process.
A Personal Approach to College Recruiting
Choosing a U.S. university is a major decision. We work closely with each athlete and family to develop a personalized path based on their athletic level, academic profile, goals and priorities.
To maintain this level of attention, USA University Sports works with a maximum of 24 student-athletes each year.
